Lemon Mousse & Panna Cotta Entremet
Entremet consisting of layers of a french almond cake Pain de Gênes, vanilla buttermilk panna cotta, lemon curd, lemon mousse and mirror glaze. Yay!!! One more beautiful and delightful cake.
